This research proposal aims to determine the effectiveness of the service quality provided by the Westin hotel on Regent Place, on customer satisfaction. The investigation will assess the effectiveness of service quality offered through Westin hotel on Regent Place on the satisfaction of the customer. The research design is descriptive research type and mix research design would be exercised by the research scholar for this investigation. The data collection methods include primary and secondary data gathering tool. Statistical data analysis would be exercised by the research scholar to perform this investigation.
