INTRODUCTION
Psychology can be defined as the study of the mind and behavior and includes various
sub-fields such as sports, human development etc. The research project is based on the different
strategies that an organization can adopt in order to overcome the issue of discrimination among
the employees. Discrimination at the workplace can have an impact on the overall productivity
of the employees as well as the company. It is therefore important for the company to adopt
effective measures or strategies in order to overcome the same (Chaudhary, 2020). This is
because discrimination at the workplace can also impact the mental health of the person to a
great extent. Although there have been many studies that have been conducted on this, there are
still some gaps that need to be addressed such as the different strategies that can be adopted in
order to overcome the same. There is a need to address the problem of developing strategies in
order to overcome the problem of discrimination in the workplace as well as its impact on the
overall performance of the company.
Aims
“To identify the impact of discrimination on the performance of the employees at the
workplace.”
There research will aim on identifying the impact of discrimination on the overall
performance of the employees at the workplace. the study will help in enhancing the overall
knowledge of the readers regarding the same and the different measures that can be taken in
order to overcome the same.

Literature Review
Discrimination at the workplace can have an overall negative impact on the employees as
well as their performance in the workplace (Falcone, 2017). A study has shown that
discrimination can lead to an increased level of stress among the employees and in some cases,
lead to anxiety and depression. This is reflected in their day-to-day performance of the
