the most suitable choice as it is supportive in rendering data that are in-consist over human
perception and actual facts with figures. In addition to this, for the execution of an investigation,
I get to know that, there are two key sources of gathering primary and secondary sources, thus in
the context of developing a business plan, I have been seen that, secondary investigation the
most suitable source for gathering valuable data to support the work. Therefore, secondary
investigation is mainly based on books, journals, published articles, non-published articles etc.
As I have been observing that, for collecting suitable information in regarding to developing a
real estate business in Malta, secondary investigation is mainly suitable in providing detailed

Objectives:
