INTRODUCTION Aims and objectives Montessori education system is a type of method of education which is based on self- direction activities and hand on leaning along with collaborative play (Marshall, 2017). In the classroom which uses the Montessori education system makes a very creative choice for the development and learning of the child in innovative and creative manner. This includes the use of creative ideas by highly trained teacher offer the different activities which are guide to children in growing and developing. Thus, the present research will analyse the impact of the Montessori education system on the learning and development process of the child. Also, the research will undertake all the steps relating to the formulation of aims and objectives and then the review and analysis of different types of techniques of research which will assist the companies in managing the whole process of research. Also, the analysis of data and then interpreting and concluding it for reaching to some end results. Aim “To investigate the impact of Montessori education over the performance of children.” Objectives To understand the concept of Montessori education system. To evaluate the influence which the Montessori education system has upon the capability and performance of the child. To analyse the challenges being faced by people in using the Montessori education system. To recommend some measures to the people who are using the Montessori education for educating the children. Research question 1.What is the concept of Montessori education? 2.What is the influence of using the Montessori education on the working and performance of child? 3.What are the challenges being encountered at time of using Montessori education system?
Rationale The main criterion behind the selection of the selection of the topic of Montessori education system is that this is the latest method of educating the child. Thus, it is very essential for the people to have proper and enough knowledge of the different impact which the system can have over the learning of the child. Also, another major reason is the personal and academic interest of the researcher within the research topic relating to Montessori education system. LITERATURE REVIEW As per the views ofGutek and Gutek, (2016)Montessori education system is a system which was developed by Dr. Maria Montessori who discovered that the experiential learning a good type of education which can be provided to the child. Also, this type of learning provides a deeper understanding and increases the interest of the learner in the studies and other related learning. These classes ar secular in nature and are integrated into a faith based program. Each and every stage and materials used in the Montessori education system assist in the growth and development of the child to a great extent and includes the overall development of the child. Thus, this is very helpful for the learner in getting more good and important information. In against of thisLillard and McHugh, (2019)argues that the major impact of the Montessori education system is the increase in the intrinsic motivation of the child. This is majorly because of the reason that the children and people who learn through the system of Montessori education system to develop the innate desire to involve in the activity of enjoyment along with better learning and more advance learning. This increases the satisfaction of the learner as well as they are able to learn in more innovative and creative manner and this will increase the learning capacity of the child. In contrast to thisKahn (2016)articulates that the major challenge for the installation of this system of education is that it is very expensive style of education. This is majorly because of the reason that if a child wants to learn from this type of education type then they have to pay high fees to the tutors. Another major challenge is that there more independence may sometimes become a problem in the learning phase of the child. This is majorly because of the fact that with help of this method the learner may think that they have learnt more and they have more experience than the education provider.

ACCOUNT OF INVESTIGATION The research type selected for the study of the research over the impact of the Montessori education system is the qualitative research type. This method is being selected because of the fact that this will help the researcher in managing the research in more effective manner (Lillard, 2018). Also in addition to this the research approach being selected is the inductive approach as this mainly focuses on the formulation of aims and objectives and then attaining those aim and objective. The philosophy of research being used is the interpretivism as this is more suitable for the qualitative research. Also, the samples have been taken of the 20 teacher that is the questionnaire will be given to 20 respondents and the research data will be collected from them. This will also include the primary and secondary data for the collection of sources. Also, in the end the thematic analysis was used for the analysing of the data collected and to reach to some conclusion. FINDINGS Theme 1: Strongly agreed that the awareness of concept of Montessori education system is present. ParticularRespondent% of Respondent Strongly agreed1050 Agreed210 Neutral210 Disagreed210 Strongly disagreed420 Total20100
Interpretation: from the above analysis and evaluation of the above data it is clear that the majority of the participant states that they are aware of the concept ofMontessori education system. This is strongly agreed upon by 50 % of the participant that they know the concept and understanding of the research topic. But in against of this the remaining respondent does not have any understanding relating to the concept of Montessori education system (MONTESSORI, 2017). Theme 2: All of the above is included in Montessori education system. ParticularRespondent% of Respondent Creative learning315 Socialinteractionand development315 Experiential learning210 All of the above1260 Total20100
Interpretation: with the help of the analysis and evalaution of the above data it is clear that there are many different things which are included in theMontessori education system. As agreed by 60 % of the participant the all of the above are included in the whole system. This all of the above includes experiential learning, creative learning and social development and interaction. However some of the participant agrees to only creative learning and some with experiential learning and rest with social interaction and development (Livstrom, Szostkowski and Roehrig, 2019). Interpretation: as per the analysis and evaluation of the data it is clear that the impact of the Montessori education system is positive over the performance and learning of the child. This is majorly because of the reason that this is agreed by 75 % of population that when the teacher uses this method then this result in more good and effective learning. But in against of this some of the participant states that this has negative impact and some states that this has no impact over working and performance of learners. Theme 4: All of the above is the major impact of the Montessori education system on the personality and performance of child. ParticularRespondent% of Respondent Increases personality210 Increase motivation210 Multi-agelearning environment210 All of the above1470 Total20100
Interpretation: with the help of the above information and facts and figures it is clear that the imapct of theMontessori education system is all of the above. This all of the above is selected by 70 % of the population and this includes impact like increase in personality, multi- age learning environment and increase in motivation. However, some of the participant agrees to increase in personality individually and some agrees to increase in motivation and some multi- age learning environment. Theme 5: All the children are not same in adaption power is the major challenge in using the Montessori education system. ParticularRespondent% of Respondent More expensive210 Minimize important of friendship210 All the children are not same in adaption power1260 All of the above420 Total20100
Interpretation: with the analysis of the facts and figures and information relating to the challenges involved at time of implementing theMontessori education system is all the children are not same in adaption power. This is agreed by 60 % of participant as it is true that not every person is same in the adapting power and it is not possible that how fast one child has learned the other will also learn (Jones, 2017). However, rest of the participant either states that all of the above is a challenge and some states that minimizing of the friendship or more expensive is the challenge of effectively using the Montessori education system. Theme 6: Some of the recommendation for the ways of improving the Montessori education system. Interpretation: the most improtant recommedation suggested by some of the participant is that the trainer or the teacher must first evaluate the capabiltiy of the learner and then in accordance to it try to make the child or student learn all the different aspect of educaiton . DISCUSSION From the above all finding it can be seen that the Montessori education system is very useful and helpful in making the learner learn in more creative and good manner. The experiential learning will help the learner in retaining the things more clearly and in much easier manner (Isaacs, 2018). With the help of the Montessori education system it will be much easier for the trainer to give more importance on creative and innovative teaching styles which will motivate the learner to learn all the things and concept in fast and effective manner. Also, this method is very much useful for the long term learning as this will assist the trainer in managing

the techniques through which they will make the learner learn all the new concept and things in effective and efficient manner. But as every good thing has some or the other negative aspect attached to the topic, in the same manner Montessori education system has some negative aspect. The major negative aspect is that this is very expensive method being used by the parent to make their child learn all the different things. Also, the other major drawback of this system is that this mainly focuses on the fact that all the people are same in perception and learning capacity. But in actual this is not at all true and correct. This is so as every person is different from one another in all aspect whether be it learning capability, thinking or any other thing (Kirkham and Kidd, 2017). CONCLUSION In the end it is concluded that the whole research mainly focused over the impact of Montessori education system which it has on the children ability and thinking. From the above discussion it is clear that the impact of use of Montessori education system is positive over the working and performance of the child. This is majorly due to the fact that this includes the creative learning, experiential learning and practical knwoeldge which make the learning more strongandaccurate. Thus, theuseofMontessorieducationsysteminthelearningand development process of children is very helpful and this has been proved in the current research. This is so as the impact of Montessori education system on the learning of child is positive and it includes increase in personality and motivation level along with development of multi- age environment for learning and personal development.
