INTRODUCTION
Heating and cooling account which is approx 23% energy used in the hotels and pubs.
Reduction the heat and cool cost as maintaining the temperatures by ensuring the heating,
ventilation and air conditioning equipments (Ahn and Back, 2018). The HVAC system is plays
an important role in ensuring the manufactures of quality of products. The good manufacturing
practices has required for prevention of cross air is essential design of heating, ventilation and air
conditioning system. This provide effective environmental protection, operation protection and

The heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system is help to control temperature,
humidity and choice of the air in a hotel. This plays an very important role in humans life and
hotel management. It is very important to meet the effective and valuable for meet effectively in
proper manner. The 3 main categories of building HVAC system are as follows:
 The centralised ducted air the system which includes constant and variable air volume
system (Heating, ventilation and air system, 2017).

Cooling is very important part of the hotel and Plaza because of peoples are face heat
then they are not able to done work with the heat place. In that, having some approaches which
has providing heating like chillers are chill water pumps for cooling coils drawing heat out form
the air duck (Channoi, Clemes and Dean, 2018). Air conditioners help to cool running by
evaporator coils. The compressor pumps are heat between the evaporator. In that air and water
are also used to draw the heat out for more flexible.
Pumps and fan
The pumps are go around hot or chill the water around building for HVAC system. Fans
are expel the air from building and bring external air into the building and hotel.
Control system
Control the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system is adjust the air and water
flow rates, temperature and pressures. It is the every effective control system is be effective and
valuable for the hotel to reduce hot air from the building and its cost.

namely uncontrolled and developed without any harmony, environmental, lack of inventories,
low level of findings and political will. The planning of legislation tend to factor the concept of
the heritage by avoiding any type of the heritage structure like build environment and structure,

conditioning system has very important at building for reducing the heat form the rooms. It has
the proper system which helped to make the effective and valuable HVAC system. The natural
ventilation of the room has effective and valuable for the rooms by which whole days heat air
flush. Those resources has develop with the support in term of effective energy efficiency
information grant from the government. This improve energy efficiencies and reduce energy
cost. At the time of taking decision about the ventilation in effective manner because this the
way by heat air go outside from the rooms and cool air comes inside the room. In case of
