INTRODUCTION
Talent management is important for every organization and it is process which is done
by Hr department of the company. This is necessary or the Hr department to ensure Right talent
for the right job can provide opportunities for the company.
This report will cover case study of M&S company which is top retailer company, and
they are dealing with the products like Clothing, food products and home appliances. This
report will analyze the labor market trends and the appropriate legal requirement which can
influence workplace planning. It will also determine the current and the anticipated skills
requirements in the context of company (Alhajjar And et.al., 2018). This report will apply the
Role of Marketing manager job and and provide person specification. It will also include
recruitment and the selection methods for the effective talent management and the resources
planning. In the end of this report will evaluate the HR life Cycle to create effective HR
strategy.
