For understanding Jaguarhas been chosen that manufactures sports car and introduce from new car model in order toattract the customers. This report will considers different topics such as current market labourtrends which influence talent management and planning, different type of legal requirement andlegal requirements that determines current and anticipated skills requirement. Additionally,report will covered job description and person specification for recruiting the candidate.Task1P1 Analyse current labour market trends that influence talent management and workforceplanningThe workforce is the main key of any business organisation that help to achieve goals andobjectives with the help to employees. Without employees support an organisation can notsurvive in market. It is selected by HR manager after taking interview of many applicants. HRstrategy is the strategy which is used by business entity in order to integrating the organisation'sculture and achieve business's goals. Such as the HR manager of Jaguar make solid planning orstrategy that help to solve employee's problems and motivate them to complete the task.Strategies are most useful within organisation that help to understand future needs and wants ofemployees as well as workforce who are working in an industry (Collings, 2015). Talent and talent management refers to the collection of required human capital for abusiness entity that help to use the skills and experiences within business in order to increase theproduction and profitability. Current labour market is the place where worker and employeesinteract with each other for understanding the needs of customers. Such as the worker andemployees of Jaguar communicate with each other and understand the organisation's objects. TheHR manager of Jaguar hire best employees and workers that help to accept the new technologyand in order to produce new car model. Employee's wages: This is greatly affecting factor in labour market which influences thebusiness organisation like there are number of people who are doing same job but paiddifferently that affect business goals. In other words, wages of employees affect the talentmanagement and workforce such as if organisation will not pay equally to all workers then thereis chances to create conflicts among worker and employers. In jaguar, the HR manager focuseson worker wages and also pay for extra work within industry. It also help to hold the market andunderstand what is needed to keep their workers happy (Crumpton, 2015).Discrimination: In present scenario, this is running most that organisations arediscriminating among worker and employees that make feel them sad. If influence the talentmarket such as if entity is creating discrimination among workforce then they will not workperfectly and would think to switch the organisation. Jaguar treats its workers and employeeswith respect and fairly that make feel them confident and help to take decision for retaining longterm.Unions: This means group of workers who are working within business in order toachieve particular goals and objectives. It influences talent management and workforce planningsuch as if a group of union worker in Jaguar go on strike then organisation need to accept theirdemands for completing the projects. Demographic changes: This means if there is any changes arrived at market place thenorganisation also need to accept the challenges that help to sustain in competitive market. Suchas Jaguar is manufacturer of sports car that focuses on demographical changes in order toproduce new model that influences customers. The main aim of this entity is to accept the newtechnology and introduce from new product that help to increase the sale and brand image. Itinfluence workforce such as if employee do not accept the new technology then organisation willnot manufacture new product at marketplace.Therefore, organisation should consider labour trend that help to know what workforcewants and how to keep them happy. If workforce of business entity is happy that meansorganisation can focus on goals and profits for expanding the business.
