INTRODCUTION The resources management is the efficient and effective way of allocating oforganisations resources whenever it is needed. It includes financial resources, human skillsproduction resources or inventory. The present report is based on the organisation in threedifferent sectors; primary, secondary and tertiary. The report will explore the way in which thephysical resources are monitored and managed. Along with this, the effectiveness of rewardsystem is assessed, and the method used to monitor and improve employee performance isevaluated. TASK 11.1 Analysis of different resource that are required in three profiles businessesAnalysis of the resources requirements related to business in different sector of economyare as followBusiness 1: Agriculture business in the primary sector In the agriculture business there are various type of resources required for cultivation.Without the help of resources farming cannot be done. There are many resources which are veryimportant such as crops, water, equipment and labor (Brack, Altenburger and Schriks, 2015).Water is required for the irrigation purpose and there are many other resources which areimportant for the cultivation.In this type of business, resources are requires in differentcategories such as financial, human, education and physical elements. Basic requirements inthese types of businesses are start-up cost that obtaining in telephone line in variety of resource.In this way, loan are taken from financial institutions, relatives, friends and relatives. Humanresources requires qualified people who demonstrate their participation through efficiency andcompetence. Covers a number of resources – but you could expand upon some points made. -Financial resources - the wages of the employees, the cost of the raw materials, and the purchase of the machinery will all need financial resources. -Time - the timing of operations needs to be well planned and organized.-Land - on which the crops are grown & facilities are built 3

With the help ofthese resources, the company can develops their performances at workplace. It will showeffective results that are requires implement education path for resource engineer. There areseveral options available to perform functions in term of technological enterprises. -Finance/capital – wages & to buy and run the special machinery and lightweight paneltechnology. -Skilled labour: IT is important to have skilled employees at work place in respect tomanufacture lightweight panel system. -Machinery: New and advanced technology is required in respect to develop qualityproduct at low costBusiness 3: Call center in the tertiary sector.Call centre operates in territory sector and it provide a service 24/7, 365 days a year basis.It is a professional telephone answering services to business.
