INTRODUCTION
The role of teaching is most important towards development of education and training aspects.
The person who is responsible for teaching is known as teacher/trainer. Teacher performs the
function related to dissemination of important information to learner. Education is known as the
process of facilitating learning or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs and habits.
This is also called as the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction for the purpose of
improving knowledge upon some specific topic. On the other hand, training is defined as
teaching and developing specific skills and knowledge that help to build specific useful
competencies. The main purpose behind consideration of trainings is improving one’s capability,
capacity, productivity and performance (Coulet, 2018). The major different between education
and training is that education is long term that never ends whereas, training is limited up to the
development of skill. The main aim of this report is to ascertain the importance of teaching role
in development of the aspects like training and education.
The aspects cover in current report includes teaching role and responsibilities in education &
training, key aspects of legislations, regulatory requirements and code of practices relating to
their roles and responsibilities, ways to promote equality and diversity and identification of
importance regarding meeting of the individual learner needs.

1.1 Determination of the teaching role and responsibilities in both education and training
Education and training both requires effective teaching by a teacher. Education is long
term perspective as compared to training. The overall aspect associated with the performance of
both is common that is dissemination of knowledge and information for improving learning.
There are many type of roles and responsibilities of teacher towards the concept of education and
training. All these are defined below in description.
Role of teacher in education and training
The controller: The educator is in finished charge of the class, what understudies do, what
they state and how they state it. The educator accepts this job when another dialect is being
presented and exact propagation and boring systems are required. In this study hall, the educator
