Executive summary
Leadership plays a crucial role in improving the personality of an individual. An organisation
can attain its personal goals by the means of effective leadership. In simple words role of
leader is just to direct their followers. A leader can identify laggings such as lack of
interaction, lack of confidence, communication skills, which are the main criteria on which I
wanted to work so that I can reflect them in my personality. The report come up with
leadership theory that can shape personality of a person, and compile progress strategy of
leadership plan. During this procedure, I have learnt several features of leader such as
maintaining transparency, trust, and kindness for regular thinking. The responsibility is for
my team that will include coordination of each team and then passing data to every team
member with the help of team.

Role, challenges, and responsibilities of a leader
Leadership refers to provide a guidance to others in such a way to do what manager wants to
be done by his subordinate. I perceive that leaders can generate faith and zest among his
followers. Leader can be innovate in regards to behaviour of its subsidiaries. I think leaders
have to perform several roles according to their position like manager or departmental head.
Leader have to set future goal in front of his followers to achieve common target. I personally
emphasize on incentivising employees to perform their duties (Nawaz, & Khan 2016). Leader
offers several type of inventive i.e. financial or non-financial, which induce them to act in a
particular way. A leader can enrich the performance while becoming interesting
automatically and further absenteeism can be reduced (Anuradha, & Sujatha, 2019).
Leadership journey
When I started pursuing internship in an organisation, I personally felt how experience feeds
our personality where 20-30 years of age is most important. This phase is a transformational
age of people. Core features of leadership definitely include development of wisdom,
emotional intelligence, shaping perspectives, and extraordinary way to handle the individuals.
From the very beginning, I was not able to confront many people as I am bit afraid. An
exclusive leader is undoubted pursue respect same as Buffet who drive industry (Anuradha,
& Sujatha, 2019). In that particular organisation, a manager ask me to convey the message to
conduct team meetings where a leader can labialise subordinates what tasks they will have to
accomplish.
Gallup strengths and leadership inventories
Here at the workplace, manager is quite capable in motivating team to achieve goals through
which the customers can attain maximum satisfaction. With the help of Gallup strength
theory, the internship period was nearly 6 months in which I have learnt many things
