This article consists of the critical analysis of the argument of the leaders that will be
characterized by the aspiration to the of the list of the universal traits of the different characters
of the individual traits. The characters will bring in the consistency among themselves that twill
reflect their behaviors that will respond in the more effective manner in the changing contexts of
the environment. The different assets of the leadership pattern will include the extensive research
to reveal the various tensions that are inherent in the core of the successful leadership pattern.
The underscoring of the leadership and the social nature of the leadership pattern that will
explore the different leaders that will remain the attuned to the different needs and the various
expectations of the different followers.
The article about the different leaders will make the different illustrations of the different
team players in the environmental context will lead to the different results of the various leaders.
The article focuses on the various leadership management styles within the given organizational
context that will underestimate the amount of the available resources of the future leaders in the
given organizational context. Leadership management style is the most intangible aspect of the
organizational context. The article leads to the second level of the observation pattern that will be
nonhierarchical in nature where much of the literature will be concerned with the leadership role
dominant in the various organizations.
The article talks about the relationship that exists between the two aspects of the
leadership pattern and the hierarchical structure of the given organization. The relationship will
be characterized by the particular organizational style that will be characterized by the given
