INTRODUCTION
In this report, it is mainly focused on the health condition of patient on the basis of selected
case study. it will identify the impression of patient when implementing a psychoanalytic theory/
concept. Furthermore, it will describe that how a patient identified the relationship with different
pattern in regards of unconscious phantasy. However, this essay will explain Framework of
Psychodynamic psychotherapy and what benefits are for patient.
TASK
1). Discuss the impression of patient and using psychoanalytic theory and concept.
It has been selecting the case study of Melanie Klein’s, he was observed the dynamic
unconscious phantasy in child’s mental life. The problem may arise, when she can easily attaches
to her own unconscious phantasy. Some kind of psychologists are used to consider unconscious
phantasy is a kind of mental illness. On the nature and function of phantasy, elaborates Melanie
Klein’s view on the relational between its own unconscious phantasy and mental illness. If in
case, she was not achieve the conscious phantasy so that it might have increased the level of
anxiety, sadness. In some situation, Melanie Klein’s was disagreed with any person and develop
a situation of conflict.

According to the Freud’s theory of unconsciousness conflict linked to anxiety in Case of
Melanie Klein because it has been identified the different symptoms such as anxiety, worries,
and disagreement. On the basis of Freud theory, it could have never imagined such kind of
conflict but it help to build an idea with current mental health condition of patient. According to
the case of Melanie Klein’s, the similar kind of situation has been occurred and examined the
different symptoms, especially anxiety (Caligor and Et.al., 2019). It may represent a cause of
unconsciousness phantasy.
On the other hand, the psychoanalysts are focused on underlying the actual unconscious
conflict which might be caused of patient anxiety disorder. To obtain evidence on the case study,
it has been summarised unconscious phantasy situations which may be increasingly changing the
