Introduction:
In the year 2020 Tokyo has been selected for the Olympic Games and Tokyo is very popular for its technical bids. Thus, it is
expected that this year Olympic will definitely surprise us by its exceptional activities. However, apart from the identified aspects it is
observed that the participants of Olympic have faced several significant problems which has majorly impacted gaming strategy of
those participants. Considering these aspects this study will now focus on the risk assessment of 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games from the
perspective of Australian National Athletics team. The primary objective of this paper is to help the Australian athletics team for 2020
Tokyo summer Olympic Games (Gallego et al., 2020).
Followed by these considerations this entire research will be conducted on the nominated topic based on the findings of
previous cases. This study will primarily focus on the findings of participant’s perspective and risks. This research will focus on the
findings of Norway national team for 2010 Olympics and it will identify the factors that has impacted the team capabilities as well as
helped the team to get selected into the 2010 Olympic Games (Hanstad 2012). In order to successfully evaluate the above mentioned
aspects this study will consist of a detailed discussion on the risk that will include the possibilities of risk occurrence, classification as
well as its impact that may significantly influence the team of Australia.
Risk assessment:
Followed by a thorough analysis on the risk management of Norway’s national Olympic from the perspective of its team
member it is identified that Norway national team has faced several significant problem during the selection of 2010 Olympic Game in

Vancouver. While analyzing the risks faced by the Norway team it is observed that it is very essential for the team and the country to
get selected for the Olympic Games as this is one in a life time opportunity (Hanstad 2012). The team members as well as the
participants thus, focuses on their performance throughout the event however, several risks has been identified during the preparation
as well as the performance of the team during the event. Followed by these identification it can be stated that the Australian team may
also face these problems during the event of 2020 Olympic Game. Thus, a risk assessment is mentioned below which will help the
team to get a detailed idea about the risks and it will also help them to avoid such risk throughout their preparation and performance.
