INTRODUCTION
Risks refer to possibility of something bad happening or involve uncertainty about the
implication of activities in respect of something or negative and undesirable consequences.
Strategic enterprise management involves building of integrated system in order to manage
several process and function within organisation for achievement of end goals. In another words
it involves effective planning, executing and controlling process so that particular objectives can
be achieved. This report has contained information pertaining to FIDE Meaux Association that
offer qualifying training with an motivate to boost individuals level of French or facilitate
professional integration. So it is place at which many of the migrants of all nation live and work
for common objectives. It has included information related to situation overview of the company
or case study, current strategy growth analysis, strategy risk identification and their classification
for better understanding. Furthermore, it has also covered risk assessment, prioritising,
opportunity map and risk response. At last it has include recommendation related to the risk can
be minimised for betterment of FIDE Meaux Association.
Situation Overview
FIDE Meaux Association is company that has been started its initial operation on 25,
1990 in order to provide training and professional integration, sanitary and social services to
people. Moreover it has 6 centres across the France, with four professional instructors. The
company named as FIDE Meaux Association has limited presences on web, social network that
has acts as challenges in effective operation of business in current scenario. Along with it the
firm have low budget for interior renovation of communication and workspaces or there is
limited innovation. Thirdly no communication in the city either school, mall or may be street and
aging workforce is working for the organisation (Mishra and et.al., 2019). The company also
have aging workspace thus more and more aged people are working for growth and development
of firm. Covid-19 is one of the impact that has resulted in reducing the capacity of training centre
that is maximum of 30 people are allowed within the premises. So overall through the above
analysis it can be stated that the company is majorly facing issue pertaining to low budget and
limited resources to smooth operate its business. At the same time the impact of covid-19 has
also reduce the capacity of training centre that acts as challenge in growth and development of
business in external environment.

Current Growth Strategy Analysis
From the above analysis it has been learnt that FIDE Meaux Association has
opportunities to expand its business as there is high level of unemployment in the society. More
school dropout, increase in the number of member, along with it the young people are more
interested to training. Such as it has been find out that in 2019, there are around 8.2% of 18-24
year old dropped out of school which is highly less as compared to Europe. It has been observed
that the curve is decreasing on continuous basis (Callahan and Soileau, 2017). FIDE is making
use of certain current growth strategy in order to grow and sustain its market for longer time
frame through making best use of available opportunities and removing the existing threat to
maximum extend. Such as:
Making best use of internet or social media platform: It can be stated that the FIDE Meaux
Association has tried to make best use of internet and other social media platform such as
Instragram, twitter and Facebook to connect with people. So, that they can be aware of types of
service that are offer by FIDE to train employees or individual those are living in society thus it
resulted in increasing overall visibility on internet. Furthermore company is able to build strong
relationship with people in limited resources and time through making use of different social
media channels. It also helps company with copying up with situation pertaining covid-19 that
has resulted in challenge related to training capacity (Kanu, 2021). As in current scenario the
FIDE can make use of online platform to providing training to people so that they can enhance
their existing knowledge and capabilities to maximum extend.
Company have opportunity to innovative its services: With development in technology and
changes in customers taste and preferences, organisations are forced to innovates their services
for better outcome. Through more innovative services make people happy to get trained or its
services in order to enhance their existing skills, capabilities and knowledge. Thus this current
strategy will contribute in making interior renovation of communication and workspace so that
staff member has better place to work and enjoy.
Expansion into new countries: It can be stated that with globalisation, FIDE Meaux
Association has an option to expand its business operation across worldwide to delivery services
to maximum number of people living in society. Moreover, it has 30 professional trainers, that
have experience, trained and are permanent employees in pedagogy thus are capable of
delivering better services to individuals (Bogodistov and Wohlgemuth, 2017). So, qualified staff
