The companies that carry out these jobs have the vehicles arranged(Omar, Endut & Saruwono, 2016). While dong the task, there are numerous regulations that has to be followed. These regulations are mentioned below. Driving laws: diving laws vary from state to state (Barnett, 2018). The driver should know the rules of that particular state have and he should abide by them. There have been many cases when the owner of the house wants to shift the house and their desired location is in the next state, the diver does not know the rules followed in the other state

In any case those rules should not be broken by any of the team members. Speed: speed limit should be maintained by the vehicle (Charlesworth & Ahmed, 2015). Usually the vehicles required for relocating a house are very huge and they can be driven in high speed. This might increase the chance of facing accidents and damaging the house (Charlesworth & Ahmed, 2015). How can company be protected in case of an accident which can cause damage to the house The financial risk can be mitigated if the company provides services at affordable rates and in case of any minor damage during the relocation the company should pay for it (Großmann, Buchholz & Buchmann, 2014). The company should assure that the property of the customer would not be damaged in the process of relocating. In case of major damage during the relocation, the company should pay half of the amount required in recovering the damage. This should be done ensuring that the company does not face a loss. In case damage occurs and the company holds itself responsible for it, the customer would be satisfied and definitely refer it to known people when they need to relocate their house (Hamnett & Reades, 2018). Having enough and responsible personnel is a tough job. The company should arrange 23-25 people for a single project and these personnel should be divided into groups with their individual tasks. Three people should be assigned for driving the vehicle. People assigned for driving vehicle should be decided depending on the distance between the places where the house is to be relocated(Großmann, Buchholz & Buchmann, 2014). There should be minimum five members who would be responsible for packing the entire household stuffs present in the house; ten people would be responsible for lifting the house and placing it on the vehicle. These people should assure that the lift should not cause any damage to the house or any of its belonging. Remaining five members would be responsible for detaching the electrical appliances and their wires and relocate them safely to the destination. Relocating the electrical appliances should be done separately because they should not be placed with other household stuffs because more pressure can cause harm to the wires and appliances(Großmann, Buchholz & Buchmann, 2014). The members should be carrying out their tasks accordingly and a supervisor should be assuring that all the teams are working properly and the overall process is carried out smoothly. If the owner does not have the documents and he had a mortgage at a time in past, in that case the mortgage provider might hold them so that the document is worth asking. Submitting contract: the solicitor of the seller would send the contract in draft form with the relevant documentation to the solicitor of the buyer (Lees, 2014). The solicitor of the seller would ask the client to fill some of the forms that would be used in the transaction. These forms would include information regarding the property. After the forms are filled they are sent to the solicitor of the buyer along with the contract of the draft and provide buyer information regarding the property like the person who is responsible for the maintenance of the boundary and fences and many more (Tzaninis, 2015). This also includes information regarding if the owner had done any changes in the property and if they have any disputes with their neighbors. Approval of contract: the solicitor of the buyer carries out this transaction. Carrying out a valuation survey is very important for the customer (Omar, Endut & Saruwono, 2016). The cost would be depending on the survey’s type. The buyer needs to arrange a comprehensive survey. In case the surveyor of the lender has been carrying out the survey of valuation it might be possible to look for a valuer in order to do a comprehensive survey. Final formalities: after the buyer buys the house he decides the land where the house needs to be relocated. The owner has a land from before or he needs to buy another land in his desired location (Smith, 2014). After the land is decided the owner approaches the company that provides best deals on moving houses. The company then decides the personnel for the project. The vehicle is also selected in which the house would be relocated (Cao, Chen & Tian, 2015).
