organization consider it in the business process and increase
their growth (Adams et al 2016).
• Innovation could improve the efficiency of organization as well
as the employee.
• The current organization considered it as an imperative tool
and improve the business growth (Asrar-ul-Haq and Anwar
2016).
• It is also founded that the innovation has increased the
business growth rate of the organization.

Research Problem
In the current era, it is mandatory for the organization to gained
their understanding about certain factors named as Improving the
abilities of the workforce Make improvement in the process of
effectiveness, Make network, and Financial Assessment due to
make innovation in the business process and increase their position
in the marketplace (Baker et al 2016).

Research Aim
• This study is emphasized on evaluating the role of
innovation in the business position. The following
objectives will be meeting by the researcher to meet the
research issue:
• To comprehend the meaning and concept of innovation
• To critically evaluate the role of innovation in the business
position
• To recommended strategies for improving the business
position

Literature review
• The aim of this section is to critically evaluate how much
innovation is imperative in increasing the business
position of the firm (Eniola and Entebang, 2016).
• Changes among the workforces could play a vital role in
company at the time of enhancing the innovation
(Jackson, et al., 2016).
• Evaluation of employee skills facilitates the company in
determining the innovation procedure feasibility.

Research Design
• Research strategies:
• In this study, the quantitative method has been practiced by the
researcher as it allows getting feasible information about the role of
innovation in the business position.
• Survey through questionnaires has been practiced by the researcher
due to getting direct responses to the research matter (Lins et al
2017).
• Data collection method
• This study will also consider both primary as well as secondary data
collection tool due to obtaining the favorable data in the context of
the research matter.
• The data collection tool is effective in obtaining the research issue.
The primary data will be gathered by survey through questionnaires
while secondary data will be collected by entailing the existing
sources named Articles, books, and websites (Lopes et al 2017).

• In this study, quantitative data evaluation method will be used
that will be supportive in evaluating the factual data by entailing
the SPSS and Ms-Excel software. The data will be presented by
charts and graphs.
• Sampling
• The probability sampling tool will be practiced by the researcher
wherein the researcher will randomly select the sample for
conducting the study. In this, 50 manager of the IT organization
has been selected due to comprehend the role of innovation in
the business position.
