INTRODUCTIONHealth is key of success of a person. In this way to keep the person healthy and fit, many healthauthority plays an important role in society. In this research report, the role of registered nurse aredefined that the nurse can play an effective role for giving health supportive facility to the patients. Thisreport also describes the main responsibilities of Registered nurse is to make the co-ordination within thehealth-care in 24 hours in an environment. Registered nurse also supervise and delegate the quality andsafe function in health care field. In this report, it discuss the RN's role to making co-ordination,supervision and delegation of quality and providing safe functional care which are provided by non-registered nursing staff so that they can optimize the functional outcomes of older resident diagnosedwith dementia(Maten‐Speksnijder, Grypdonck, Pool, Meurs and Staa, 2014).THE HEALTH STATUS OF OLDER PEOPLEAgeing in a person create the dis-ability to perform the work and person getting older age is catches bythe various diseases, disability. In this condition person was not able to do any kind of work becausethere body is catches by the various diseases. So that health authority plays an important role torehabilitation of ageing problems. In this way, health authority such as hospital, doctors, nurse, staff etc.are plays very important role in it(Iglehart, 2013). There are three main points which are focused tocontrol or reduce the ageing problem and disabilities in older people, they are: Making and maintainingthe quality life, rephrasing the social, physical and psychological functioning so that it is beneficial to theindividuals and play as a safeguard so that people are protected or controlled by the various diseases andillness. There are various impact of ageing in older people:ROLE OF REGISTERED NURSES IN RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE FACILITIESNurse have the liability to give effective support by giving care and protecting the health, safetyand welfare of every patients. In this way Registered nurse delegate there work and make effective co-ordination for giving safe staffing(Young, Sikma, Reinhard, McCormick and Cartwright, 2013).
