Me: what are the difficulties you face within workplace?
Antonia: Sir, we face an issue of discrimination.
Me: I did not get you. Please explain.
Antonia: I usually feel that Mary ignores me because I belong to Romania country.
Me: But..discrimination in workplace is not true. So Mary tell me, what is the problem.
Mary: I actually did not get understand Antonia's accent and that is why, I address her though
another member of a team.
Me: But marry this is not fair enough!!
Mary: I did not mean to be discriminated..
Me: But your work clearly reflect this. So I have to take action accordingly. To minimize the
issue I would like to implement the policy of anti-discrimination and hire a supervisor who will
look after all these concern of employees, in order to tries to negotiate the things in better
manner.
Antonia: I wold request you to please review your fair work policy and diverse workforce policy
as well.
Me: yeah....sure!! but for immediate cause I would like to take action immediately.
Mary: What sir?
Me: I conduct a survey in which I take a review that no other people committing the same
mistake because for that company have to bear a huge amount, which is not fair.
Antonia: That absolutely perfect!! This immediate action will help to solve problem.
Me: Thank you so much!!
Antonia: can I suggest something?
Me: Yes.
Antonia: Please develop a strategy that helps to monitor the situation to ensure the problem is
not recurring.
Me: That is a good idea... so for that I have a strategy.
Antonia and Marry: What?
Me: In order to monitor such situation, I hire an employer who supervise the things and all the
email, telephone calls and voice calls are monitor in order to make sure that there is no racist
discrimination takes place within a premise.
