Question 2.
The interview has revealed the personal and professional aspects of the interviewee.
First of all it has revealed that the person is highly confident with his experience of being a
part of a reputable university’s HR department. She is clear in her voice and showed respect
to the interviewer. Her dress code and body gesture were positive and reflected the strong
personality in her. She is authoritative which is expected from an HR with working
experience. She does not have bias and preferred to keep aside the question of discrimination
in the workplace.
On the other hand the interview of Reita Faria revealed that she has faced different
problems to be a recent migrant to Australia from Sudan stock despite the fact that she has
working experience in a large Bank of Sudan she does not possess enough experience of the
human resource management process in the universities of Australia. This is the reason why
the confidence which is found in Samiya is not present in Reita. She has clearly described her
situation in this new country and currently coping up with the minor challenges for shifting
here.
