negative aspects management of organisation considers to implement good abilities to perform
their work effectively.
Monitoring- It is beneficial for organisation to measure and monitor all the work which
is related with organisational abilities. Their are various procedures and practices need to be
managed which directly enhances performance of organisation. On the other monitoring not only
