INTRODUCTION
Safety includes keeping children and vulnerable adults safe from abuse and abuse,
ensuring it have the best outcomes and are provided with safe and effective care. They are
capable to grow and create happily as well as well-being without the risk of abuse. It protecting
the health , well being and human rights of adults at risk and enabling them to live safely, free
from abuse and neglect. Child protection is also part of the child safeguarding. The child
safeguarding is a much broad formulation and it means actively encourage the safety and welfare
of all children. The report is includes the two tasks and task one is based on the Cherie who is a
youth worker employee of student guidance team. This is includes the duties which are related to
safeguarding of the professional. The task two is based on the Adam who is a director in an early
years setting and it consider the possible sign, symptoms that may cause concern to safeguarding
(Parton, 2019).

TASK 1
The principles of safeguarding children, vulnerable adults and young people
The principle of the safeguarding children is explained as working together to safeguard
children. This may includes the protecting children from abuse, preventing damage of children
health and development as well as it ensuring that children are growing up in circumstances
consistent with the provision of safe and effective care. The main target of the child protection is
to make and maintain a harmless culture that is child-focused and community driven through
sustained and meaningful engagement with children, their social unit, communities and all
representatives. The child protection is a commitment to be safe administration to children. The
child protection is referred as the policy as well as procedure along with the codes of the ethics
which indicate save the children loyalty to first preclude harm & abuse (Courtney, 2019).
The safeguarding vulnerable adults is explain as provide the protection in health and well
being to the adults and human rights of adult of risk. The safety and well being of adult is play an
important role then they come into the services at workplace. The vulnerable adults are elderly,
person who has learning disability, who having the long term illness and have the physical;
disability. The adults who has the mental health issue and who which do not have the capacity to
make decisions by themselves are also consider as the vulnerable adults. The protection of a
