It will discussed about that factors contributeto incidence of abuse or harm others and current legislations, policies and professionalinvolvement in this assignment (Braye, Orr and Preston-Shoot, 2011). It will also includeworking practices and strategies to minimise negative things in heath and social care. TASK 11.1 Why individual may be vulnerable to abuseIt is include that scandal was relevant to negligence of health care firm workers forwelfare of senior citizens to provide effective diagnosis. It has led in this condition in whichemployees have to take care of themselves while working in an organisation. Generally, it isobserved that people who are adolescent phase of life are usually abuse and they need really careof some elder people to get rid off this habit. It is important to prevent such kind of things bymaking some of effective rules in Hillcroft nursing home. A undependable mature require theextra care of due to old age, physical disability or some of critical sickness because theseindividual's are not capable to take care of their own health. They have mental and physicalneeds with proper attention. Abuse:- This can be explained as to use those words towards someone which are notappropriate and usually these phrases includes insult of specific person. This involves severalkind of abuses such as rape, physically or sexually assault, crimes and so on. Harm:- This term is about the moral and legal concept which may considered as pain,death, disability, loss of capability or freedom, lack of pleasure (Brown, 2011).Damage:- It basically means to get spoiled anything by doing something negative whichimpacts to damage it. It is all about to structures and other objects can take number of forms as1
