person to showcase if he/she is facing any sort of trauma or abuse. Although, it
can be used by the victims like Baby P's, but the other care taker can depict the
occurrence of the abuse through this medium.
 Anti discriminatory practices: The workers or the employee's at the health and
social care will look after the practising of the suitable and effective measures to
have the anti discriminatory practices that will help in the better management of
the various activities and functions of the organisation.
Use of IT: The effective use of the various IT tools like social media will help in
the better identification of the abuse and take into consideration the effective
measures to keep a check and prevent the abuse or trauma on an individual or a
group.
Besides this, the strategies like needs assessment and care planning cycle for the
victims will help in the effective handling of the various operations that will improve
the work efficiency and prevent any sort of abuse.
