increased because of tourism and travelling of people for different purposes. From last two decades,
hotel industry has drastic changes in their operation and management because of information systems
and information technology. Information Communication and Technology makes huge changes in
working of hotel operating models (Benjamins, 2006).

This report bases on the change of hotel management and development of its business processes in
future. This report will provide strategic business development of hotel business. Mainly this report will
