Part 1 of the standard form of contract prescribed by the
Estate Agents (Contracts) Regulations 2008

Brian Brown and Jessica Brown (the vendors) agree to sell and John Robertson and
his selected nominee (the purchaser) residing at 56 Eucalypt Street, Croydon, 3123,

to pay to the vendors $68000 for the house and the sale is going to take place
