Purpose of the project charter
The main objective of this report is to build the SAP application so that the business of the
eFashion Pty Ltd can be increased in a drastic manner. To make the application in easy
manner use of the project charter is done so that the project can be completed easily
manner. Also through project charter, the work can be organised in a proper manner. As I
am selected as the IT project manager for eFashion Pty Ltd, therefore, the allocation of
resources can be done from my side in an efficient manner.
Project summary
eFashion Pty Ltd is situated in Melbourne whose main focus is to provide best ladies wear.
eFahion Pty Ltd consists of big team and managing them become such a big concern. This
organisation consists of CEO, sales manager, customer relationship and warehouse
manager. This application is going to act as plus point for the warehouse. Through this
application, the warehouse manager can get the details of goods that are placed in the
warehouse easily.

There is the requirement of several things to complete the project easily. I have classified the

project. For that, there is the requirement of allocating the resources in a proper manner
so that there must no case of overlapping as well as over allocation.
 Improper documentation: All the problems that come during the building the
application has to be inserted into the documentation. Through this user can solve the
problem that he/she may face during operating the application.
 Rigidity: Inside every project rigidity has to be maintained in a proper manner. Through
