The strategic management is defined as the process of setting the goals, objectives and
procedures in order to work in a very effective and competitive way for the business
organisation. It is very important for the business organisation to manage the various operations
activities in order to achieve the success in growth the use of the specific business plan by the
organisation head it helps in the growth and with application of the business strategy. If the
company wants to develop a very successful plan in order to have the growth and check out the

market. This also contribute in identifying the several current trends in the market which could

operating in the information technology industry. The company was established in the year 1975

been offered by the company such as the various computer system and the software in order to
have an effective working for the business organisation. This is a big multinational company
which is famous for its window services an internet explorer and other several web browsers.
The Bill Gates De Paul Allen was the founder of the Microsoft Word and in the beginning they

were the only involved with the generation selling of the basic interpreter. The founders of the
company has completed his studies from the well-known university where the Bill Gates have
completed from the hardwood University the island from the Washington State University. As
the wall has some other plans that you do with you did not complete his degree and as he got the
opportunity to work in some other organisation. In 1980s when Microsoft took it step to move
further within the business operating system the company was trying to explore various new
possibilities in the opportunity is which can help in the use of the management practises as the
windows installed and generated in the year 1985 the people were using all over the world live.
These are the developments within the company which have held in the various strategic actions
and make better leaders in order to operate the functions within the business organisation.
