The overall budget required for developing and deploying the website for SCEI will be
$80,000. It will include the cost of tools, cost of resources, cost of project activities, and
maintenance costs.
The resources available and required for the project will be Web Developer, Web Designer,
UI Expert, System Tester, Security Tester, Network Specialist, Technical Writer, and Project
Manager (Thacker, 2012).
