INTRODUCTION
Fit and Fab can be characterised as a gym enterprise. The respective firm has been lately facing
numerous consumer service issues due to inexperienced staff members. The report highlights
upon the areas of consumer services as ell as the formulation of a survey plan to measure the
level of consumer satisfaction. It also reflects upon the the manner in which reception staff
should deal with customer. Considerations pertaining to the legislative needs are also discussed
under the respective proposed project report.

In order to run a gym successfully, it is very essential for the business enterprises to
concentrate upon the incorporation of advance training and fitness equipments.
Skilled and competent gym trainers needs to be hired by the firms so as to ensure that
they provide the much needed assistance and guidance to the customers (DeSimone,
2020).
Gym membership provided by the firm needs to be attractive enough to please the
customers to invest in the same.
The queries and concerns of the customers should be provided with necessary solutions
in order to encourage the customer satisfaction as well as retention in the company.
The staff members working at the gym needs to be highly qualified within their
respective field of work. They should be confident and interactive in nature. They should
be able to hold engaging conversations with the clients in order to persuade the same to
invest into the services provided by the company.
The staff members also need to have appropriate convincing skills so as to win the clients
and enhance the productivity of operation facilitated by the firm.
The staff members are also required to be patient and smooth with the client in order To
