My favorite niece is coming for internship at my company. However, I am a bit
hesitant, but want to provide her with an opportunity, to gain experience and put the same in
her college applications. Therefore, I am providing her with a script with three to four
different scenarios to assist her in the work.
Specialized greetings for callers
Receptionist: Good Morning and Thank you for calling us. Customer service is our
priority. You can screen calls, by pressing one and follow the necessary instructions, which
are given in the subsequent steps. In order to transfer calls, you can press two and move
forward according to the required necessities.
