1SELF ANALYSIS
1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1 Self-Introduction:
I am a self-dependant person who loves to do my work myself. Since childhood, I have
planned to make a better life and living. I have completed my masters in business
management. I had a deep concern for management field since I was a child and wanted to
join a reputed company with my management skills. I had completed my schooling with A+
grade in my academic field and desired to study further in management field. I have always
targeted to join the corporate sector and make a remarkable performance in my job life.
However, after completing my masters I had given interview for few companies and got
offers from three companies. Among them, I had selected the motor vehicle company.
Presently I am placed in Ford Company as the HR in one of their branch. The role of an HR
is to enhance productivity, performance by developing a competency among the workers. The
HR supports the workers to meet their target. I feel I have the potential in me to motivate the
workers and employees to meet the target and also help them to meet the daily challenges
faced by them. I have a very friendly attitude towards my co-workers at the same time I
maintain a restriction to the behaviour I maintain with them. I am concerned about the work
target and also motivate my workers to meet their target on a regular basis. My work thesis
believes the fact that we should love our work and enjoy it every minute. We should work
while having fun and also have fun while working. I do not believe on the fact that life should
be concerned only about work targets and nothing else. I am working in this company for the
last 2 years and have gained experience in this field to a certain extent, however, I believe
their no end to learn more or know more. I expect to see myself as the area head within the
next 5 years, that will depend completely on my work performance and behaviour. The job
role that I have selected for myself suits my personality and skills as I am a motivating person

since childhood and show a keen interest in resolving others issues. I try to understand
people’s problem and solve them with a mutual understanding and concern. Thus, I felt this
job role is ideal for me and this would help to succeed in my work life. I have that potential
capacity in me to implement the positive attitude towards everything in myself and others and
that will help to create a better work environment in the company.
2. The below study will show an analysis on the company I am working:
It includes a detail study of how the environment and other factors are affecting my
company in its development, it will be continued by the job role that I play and how it
will help the company to meet any of these challenges.
MACRO - ELEMENT Citations
Political The political environment in America is supportive
for business environment and is completely in
favour for economy growth. Thus the company
does not face much challenges regarding this issue.
The government supports the technology innovation
and helps the company to advance in the field of
technology and innovation. The government is
increasing international trade agreements that are
enhancing the scope for the company to expand
further in the international market. The government
is also increasing scopes for infrastructural
development in the country thus enhancing the
scope of the company to make better production
and higher quality products.
Economic The company has a scope for growth in the market
as the US economy has a slow but steady pace of
economy growth. The US market is the biggest
economic market in the globe and supports the
economic stability of the company in the market.

However, if the company is targeting for
international market scope then they have to make
sure that the countries they are planning to expand
must have the similar economic stability and
condition. The problem arises when the company is
targeting to reach the global market. The US dollar
is a strong currency that includes the costing
expenses of the company for production. The
production cost for the company is met by this
currency, however if these products has to be sold
in the international market then the price might get
reduced depending on their currency and the
company might incur loss in such situation.
Social There is an increasing demand for electric and
hybrid automobiles in the environment and the
society is also looking forward for better and well
equipped card and automobiles. This is the biggest
opportunity for such technically advance companies
to create their own market demand and product
demand in the society. The company has a
moderate attitude about customer service and this
shows the strength of the company over the society.
The wealth gap plays a vital role in the society that
determines the demand for the cars in society. The
wealth gap defines a situation when the generations
are looking for either extremely premium brands or
products or desire for low cost products. The
company has to make sure that they are meeting all
the requirement in the society, that is they are
meeting both the customers in the society and
maintaining their demand in all the sections of the
society.
