INTRODUCTION
In the past few decades, there has been a growing awareness that is the most essential for
leader’s success in a globalized environment as it is a synthesis of emotional intelligence and
cultural intelligence. Self-analysis is the effective process which leads to success that also helps
to an individual to take the more challenging and effective goals. Emotional intelligence is a tool
to identify self-awareness that helps to manage own emotions and internal capacity to intuitively
navigate diverse social environments.
Present study will be based on emotional and cultural intelligence on self-awareness. This
study will be explaining how self-awareness and continuous self-development will fulfil a
successful leader’s or manager’s role in the future. Apart from that, it will also explain two
critical incidents, which reflect upon findings and emotional intelligence, management
competencies and personality tests. Self-examination helps to define our own strengths and
weaknesses through personal development will also be explained further in this study.

term process to implement in more effective manner. Self-sentience is the cognitive process,
which involves information from personal experience and external reality. Self-awareness is the
process to identify better objectives' and task performing goals.
Continuous development is another important term that helps to keep up possibilities and
potential to develop new strengths and skills. It is the long-term process to enhance personal
skills and knowledge. Apart from that, it is the evolutionary process for self-assessment to make
a better tomorrow than present. Manager plays a crucial role in an organisation to manage all
essential tasks performance (Ang & Van Dyne, 2015). Manager is the one who is able to enhance
potential and possibilities in an organization. On the other hand, manager plays an important role
for generating more profit and revenue in the company. Continuous development helps to

To develop things and managing targeted goals plan, it is necessary to build up new
performing level plans in order to make a positive appearance for itself. Besides, in today's
generation where demand of personal talent has been increasing in a very vast manner. In order

Dyne, (2015). I need to analyze my personal strengths and weaknesses to make corrective and
proper ways in order to move ahead. This will also help to control the operation to make process
and manages better and fast forward results and goals. Apart from that, it helps to make long
term effective decision making approach. I wanted to enhance my three basic areas where I need
to work upon such as marketing, leadership and managerial growth performance. On the basis of
new effective goals and develop the new challenging facts. It takes time to improve personal
effectiveness and long term process goals. Moreover, it brings the new changes and long term
goals as well. Individual needs to develop their own skill and develop the long term objective
performance.
On the basis of self-observation process, I got to know my leadership strengths that help
me to lead a group of people. Through this process, I can make myself more productive and
challenging towards the particular task performance. Apart from leadership skills. I have good
confidence level that helps me to make uncertain things in certain manner (Thompson, (2018).
Self-confidence is more effective and a leading opportunity to make good presence level
of things. These things will make more attractive personality level. Overall, process of goals will
