INTRODUCTION
A portfolio is used to showcase the work by covering each and every aspect as by
creating single page website. It is used to attain a responsive and multi page site which also
include contact page and could be get modified as per suitability and desire (Adriaensen,
Bijsmans and Groen, 2019). The purpose of portfolio is to get connect so that import of project is
occurred with optimised format. It is an essential aspect for an individual to get learn about
discipline and respective skills by which success is undertaking with adequacy. The report below
addressed different skills such as reading log, photo log, group presentation and action plan
along with summary.

Summary: How and why has the mini project workshops contributed towards the development of
your employability?
The mini project workshops is usually based on the development of different set of
learning, skills and knowledge that appropriate success in future period of time is attained with
easiness. It also provide certain opportunities through which step by step learning is advanced in
desirable manner. I have always looking forward to advance balanced skills of mine and for this
used to acquire learning in every selected format. I am always be more curious to know about
several things through which probability to attain clear understanding is developed. In this I have
also worked for to advance and improvise the capabilities and efficiency level of mine through
which ability of mine to make profitable outcome is developed on continuous basis (Au-Yong-
Oliveira and et. al., 2019). For this, I have attend different mini workshops through which
efficient learning is addressed with adequateness. It assist to advance level of employability
skills as I have gain much positive experiences through which strength of mine is enlarged and
weaknesses are getting overcome.
It also aid to analyse various loopholes that is required to identified while developing a
strong portfolio. I have measure weaker areas of mine and implies respective changes by
enlarging level of learning and advancement. In support of mini projects I have learned about
core professional skills and abilities that is used to plan a better future in organised mode. I have
also worked for to attain various opportunities and under this worked for to advance and
improvise knowledge of mine so that productive amount of changes is addressed. It ultimately

bring clear advancement about communication skills, presentation skills and many others as
well. In this I have design several tactics and strategies that assist to make strong
interrelationship with others members as well. The mini project also provide suitable guidance
by which ability to attain both short and long terms goals and objectives is processed with
easiness and comfort.
In addition, usage of portfolio also provide appropriate guidance about positive and
negative side-backs. As in this various task is conducted under which significant learning is
processed so that clear understanding about requirement and certainty is developed. In this I have
acknowledged skills that is in lesser quantity or I have to worked more on this such as on time
management, conflict management etc. I get a lot of support from these projects and also make
suitable advancement in overall personality of mine by which set of employability skills is
enhanced with appropriateness (Balmaceda, 2018).
Reading log
The reading of books advances the thinking capabilities, ideas generation and better
conceptualisation by which understanding of different aspect is processed with comfort. It
encourages and improvises the adequate tracking of learning as by reading more books. The
prove reading forced to choose or make better selection in between wrong and right. It is actually
an artifices in which I have make fascinated thinking that is reflected while mood changes,
intellectual curiosities, friendship etc. It also assist me to gain clarity as by recording and
maintaining detailed information about some specified topic. It is a sustained mode to summarise
the reads that is done by me within adequate period of time.
Time management
It is a skill that is required to be presented in an individual as in terms of perfect
employability. In this I have segment overall task into different slots by which efficiency and
effectiveness of working is addressed and processed in sufficient mode. It is usually a process in
which planning and exercising is induced by making sustained control about various activities in
which productivity and effectiveness is developed (Drew, 2018). In this I have prioritise the
overall task and then make adequate decision making as by setting the goal. Furthermore,
suitable strategies are induced under which strategic thinking is developed and schedule so that
accomplishment of goal is induced with perfection.

Photo log
It is a form I which I have shared a photo that is usually published in form of blog. It
somehow quite differ to a blog as well as it is a predominant way through which balanced focus
is maintained towards photographs instead of text. It is also known as photoblogging as in this
mob-log and camera-phones is used to attain appropriate content (Wilson, 2018). In this I have
worked over a particular domain as with the support of word-press. In support of it I have make
adequate modification as with the parallel usage of code writing. In this sufficient focus and
concern is maintained towards photographs by which long term accessibility is addressed.
Reflection (group presentation)
The group presentation is an essential aspect under which I have learned to represent
myself in systematic manner that make easier for others to get clear understanding about my
thoughts and ideas. It enhance the capacity of mine to engage more of audience as while
delivering my point of views about some certain topic (Englund and Bucero, 2019). In group
presentation I have also learned about team work as well in which work and task is divided or
segmented as per requirement and demand. In addition I have leaned about the verbal cues such
body postures, eye contact, hand movements and way of talking that induce immense changes in
my personality. It is the most essential aspect under which learning is processed systematically
as I have learned to make notes that helps to make easy connect with complete topic. It is
actually a part of academic learning and for this I have maintained notes of lectures and that
short notes consist of brief understanding about specified subject. It advances comprehensive
skills of mine as in this I have hook the attraction of audience as in starting then introduce
complete team after that brief information is provided or shared with support of visual aids. It
produces valuable changes as while completing the presentation different challenges are
addressed while collaborating. As considering each factor it is necessary to produce cohesive and
attractive piece of work in organised way. I have learned that it is required to learn about the
targeted audience and presentation is designed through which level of engagement is increases.
Action Plan
It is a plan that is used to make clear and better understanding about different strategies
under which positive level of changes is addressed in personality development (Lukitasari,
Handhika and Murtafiah, 2018). In relation to action plan I have identified skill gap and then
worked on to intensify the strength and advance the weaknesses with certain period of time.

In support of action plan I have improve weaken skills of mine as while working on it
with certain adequacy. It also help to increases employability skills so that I could represent
myself in recognised company in easiest mode as while enhancing overall performance of mine.
Final Summary
In support of portfolio, I have acknowledged different areas that is required to be getting
considered or advance while emphasising employability skills. It is essential that an individual
must have certain set of skills, abilities and attribute under which achievement of particular goals
and objectives become easier and flexible. In support of portfolio I have enhance balanced skills

of mine that helps me to make positive change in overall personality of mine. It actually adds up
more values and attributes so that achievement of better heights in future period of time is
developed in constraint manner. It induces balanced level of advancement and also assists to
develop and design suitable tactics and strategies by measuring each and every situation
effectively. As it emphasis the future dealing in which I have easily manage and control working
criteria by advancing suited learning (Sekarwinahyu and et. al., 2019). I have also make
appropriate involvement of theories and principles as it advances the level of connectivity with
others which it is the strongest and appealing aspect of skill development. While considering
detailed experiences and knowledge I have worked for to intensify the different set of operations
and functions under which ability of mine to improvise performance credibility is increases.
The development of skills actually being more important while advancing and
implementing formal changes in overall personality. In this working ability as of an individual or
within an organisation is getting advance while improving professional development. In this
beneficiary outcome is achieved while managing skills that is quite weaken in me such as time
management. It develop working efficiency within the team working through which positive
level of changes and modification is required to implement in ordinate manner. In terms of
effective and efficient learning I have ensure that communication skills of mine is getting
advanced so that I am able to connect with each individual with certain flexibility. Thus, with
this I am able to complete overall task and activities in ordinate mode and it is processed as from
the validate interaction with tutor, senior and peers. In relation to my portfolio, I have worked
over to enhance and intensify the team working capabilities in which each task is allotted and
segmented in between each individual so that productive outcome is conceived with perfection.
It also increases the probability of performance enhancement as knowledge of academic and
professional level is integrated that collectively makes positive change in overall personality.
As per consideration of portfolio, I have worked for to advance time management, group
presentation, reading log and photo log. It assist to maintain long term sustainability and success
within the stipulated period of time so that productive amount of changes is addressed with
positivity. In this I have easily attain higher performance in terms of profitability so that
moderate amount of changes is achieved with flawlessness (Succi and Canovi, 2020). It helps to
to make positive changes in employability skills by which I could easily attain befitting job
position in mots recognised company at where achieve better success with appropriateness.
