INTRODUCTION Self-development skills refers as a set of qualities and abilities that supports individuals to grow both personally and professionally. It is also known as personal development skills because itassiststo improvepersonal growth. Whileself-responsibilityistheabilityof individuals who takes responsibilities for aspects of own life. The report includes Gibb’s reflective model for elaborating personal feelings and specific situation. Task 1 Gibb’s Reflective Model It is reflective model which is used for personal reflection and applies in different situation and supported to analyse. The model is proposed by American Psychologist and sociologist Grahams Gibbs. I used this reflective framework to share my feelings which I felt while offering oral group presentation (Al-Jubouri and Al-Jubouri2019). It helps individuals to think systematically about feelings which they have faced or experienced while completing number of tasks. It helps me to analyse my strengths, weaknesses and driving factors which can use for the future as well. It has five stages i.e. that are described as follows: Description It is primary stage of the reflective framework in which express event, on which reflection gives in detailed manner. There was oral group presentation which was based on ‘research skills. The group presentation was organized in academic level so I selected this topic. There was another students who were preparing presentation. I was required to give informative information on my presentation topic and must use formal language which builds positive image in the senior authority’s mind. I enlisted number of activities that was related to my presentation topic which directed me to carry overall tasks in systemic manner while giving oral presentation. While offering online oral presentation kept all informative knowledge Infront of analyser so that it could improve my presentation effectively (Cherkis and Rosciano, 2018). Feelings
It is another second stage of the reflective model in which defines realistic feelings before and after the event. While offering online oral group presentation has various emotions in me such as it was first online oral presentation so I was bit nervous. The presentation topic was research skills that I selected on my own. That’s why I was quite excited because I has a lot of knowledge which I wanted to share with seniors and other students as well. While offering presentation I experienced numerous new things that I never faced such as critical thinking of available data, analyse pattern and draw a logical conclusion, coordinate each one effectively, logical answering of questions etc. was difficult for me because I never did it before. I kept more confidence along with enthusiasm nature while offering oral presentation. When my presentation was fully completed then I felt more relax (Flower and et.al., 2016). It was great feeling for me because I gave online presentation effectively along with given time deadline. Evaluation It is third stage of the model that examines all things like which went right or wrong which is needed to access that event or task was properly fulfilled or not. There were various which went quite well while giving group oral presentation such as I was enable to deliver effective information related to my presentation topic to the people through effective communication skills. I recorded effective content in the presentation that was highly liked by external teams and senior authorities. I have scored high marks based on the delivering of speech (Fontaine, 2018). The topic that was elected by because it was quite interesting and liked by external teams while presenting through oral presentation. I kept high clarity in my speech and uses simple example to understand significance of research skills. In addition, I kept attention on my body language as well so that I coordinate my speech and body language effectively while presenting presentation. There were numerous things that went wrong such as lack of critical thinking caused I unable to give logical conclusion in my oral presentation. Lack of eye contact and writing skills caused we scored average. Due to lack of ICT skills I unable to give effective oral presentation to the teacher and students. It was group presentation but me and my friends unable to coordinate to each other which gave negative impression in student and teacher’s mind. Due to these reasons we received low marks in the whole presentation. Analysis

It is another stage of the Gibb’s reflective model that evaluates learning which obtains by individuals while working on the specified events (Hoffman and et.al., 2017). While representing oral group presentation I learned numerous skills and gain more knowledge as well related to my presentation topic. For example, effective communication skills that helped me to deliver informative knowledge to the seniors and student and gave logical answers of the question to made them understand. In addition, to give oral presentation in a group that was major task for me because I never give such kind presentation but l learned how to work with team and resolve issues quickly. Thus, I have developed these skills because I knew it helped me to improve my personality for professional environment. I have experienced negative things as well such as lack of critical thinking and writing skills, lack of team coordination and ICT skills caused I scored low marks. By these weaknesses I learned all issues could be solved effectively if I being more energeticwhilegivingoralpresentation. So,IhavedecidedthatIwillgiveeffective presentation if I get change again. Conclusion It is second last stage that is used to looks backs overall situation which face while working or presenting a event effectively. When I analysed whole presentation and feedbacks which I gathered that could be better if I world have applied my skills effectively. I analysed that there was numerous things which I did effectively such as I gave confident answers and recorded effective content related my presentation topic that made external happy. There was major weaknesses lack of formal writing skills, ICT skills and critical thinking that cause I unable to give effective presentation which lowered of my confidence. But I have decided I will improve my weaknesses while taking guidance through teachers and training classes. Action plan It is last stage of the reflective model in which analyse all actions or activities that could be taken in the future for dealing with different or similar situations. I have decided I will use formal language for writing my content related to topic and represent through presentation to the teacher and students then I will score high marks. I knew this time group presentation was not more effective as I expected but next time, I will overcome all the issue. Thus, I will develop a set of skills for the future.
Task 2 Reflection based on the Task 1 There are various areas that needs to develop effectively because it useful both perspectives i.e. professional and academic. While offering oral group presentation has various skills i.e. good communication skills, good research skills for the recorded content, time management skills and teamworking skills was good which makes presentation more effective and interesting for others. for example, whatever content was recorded in the oral presentation related to topic that was more knowledgeable (Hussein, 2018). The topic was ‘research skills’ that denotes it can academic and non-academic because it requires in both areas such as when individual is in academics then needs to prepare projects, notes and presentation as well. While non-academic perspective research skills require for deep researching market and business research project. Overall research skill is crucial for the both platforms academic and non-academic. As same communication skills and teamworking etc. also important skills for academic and professional perspective because when individuals has effective communication then can communicate with other people effectively. Teamworking skills must important skill that assists individuals to adjust themselves as per situation. when a person has this skill then can understand needs and expectations of another member in a team. Both communication and teamworking skills are considered for both professional areas because these are highly required at the workplace while working with large group of members. By analysing above oral presentation finds out that there are other skills that are needed to develop effectively because these are weak area and crucial for professional and academic perspectives. I aligned all my weaknesses i.e. ICT skills, writing skills, critical thinking and teamworking etc. so that I can develop my weak area effectively which will automatically improve my academic and professional skills (Igo, 2017). ICT skills are those skills that helps a person to operate computer program effectively and requires for the project while working in the workplace. In the academic level uses by individual in small scale because they have to give online oral presentation, posters and projects to elaborate it’s academic product which they selects from academic courses. While in professional level requires skills to represent project profitability and threats to other so that each member of the workplace understand their responsibilitieseffectively.Criticalthinkingisnotimportantinnacademiclevelbecause
individuals does not get such kind project in which needs to portray logical conclusion but it highly important for the professional perspective. The reason behind is that most of the time company stuck in different complex situation, the situation needs to analyse critically by individual so that can take effective decision which leads high profit for business as well as reduces risks. Task 3 Action plan Areas to be developed ResourcesActivities to be undertaken Time to be undertaken Reviews Critical thinking skills: It needs to be developed Tools, develops foresight, reading suspense books, online training classes Todevelop criticalthinking uses digital tools likeGoogle, Evernoteand podcastingetc. supportsmeto builddigital portfoliowhich improvesmy criticalthinking tounderstand thingsinboth manners positivelyand negatively.I readgood suspensebooks sothatIcan portraylogical 2 weeksToanalysemy thisskillsI involve in online casestudy competition whereasI resolvenumber ofcasestudies andportray logical conclusionand raisesother creative solution aswell.Inthe finalwhenI check my result I get good marks thusIimprove my skill.

Critical thinking, ICT skills and writing skills etc. are important for the employment as well as global context because it improves researching skills, problem-solving and decision-making
skills. Research skills is important for the academic perspective and employment perspective as well because when a person has good research skills then can give creative solution in the complex situation. when a person works in MNC’s companies then it is highly required in individuals because they need to keep an eye each and every place of company whether it has business in few countries or operates across the world. the research skills can become more effective when individual has searching skills, good critical thinking, decision-making and analytical skills for taking effective decision (Pianpeng and Koraneekij, 2016). In addition, ICT skills helps to clarify each task to individual person at the workplace while critical thinking supports to understand individual’s needs and expectation from the company. Thus, all these skills are employability skills which develops personality of individual and make them highly competent as compared others. CONCLUSION The report provided acknowledgment about self-development skills and self-responsibility skills both plays essential role in individual life because self-development helped to grow personally and professionally. On the other hand, self-responsibility helped individuals to take right decision for improved it’s personal and professional skills. It has been summarized Gibb’s reflective model in the report. The weak area of individuals can be concluded in report. The action plan used to develop weak areas of individual for academic and professional perspectives.
