Biography
I am a clinical nurse within Queensland health and ran a Covid 19 vaccination clinic. I am
full time working individual and needed to learn different skills which can be effective and allow
to get better implementation of those skills for the better outcomes. I have the job to coordinate
with clients for getting their 1st, 2nd and 3rd doses along with booster shots. I am also playing the
role of training nurses for the paediatric training along with anaphylaxis training. I have also role
to play of clinical educator who is having responsibility to hold meeting for 40 nurses along with
clinical scrums which allow to cover the new updates form ATAGI, government bodies, TGA
and Queensland Health (Mburu, (2018)). I have also the responsibility to roster the sick leave for
the staff to run a busy mass vaccination centre. I play a role of leaders where I lead team for
outreach clinics around mini hubs, school, gold coast and venues which are able to deliver
vaccination to general public and in reach clinics to local hospitals. I am playing a role of
Frontline leader who have the responsibility where storytelling is one of my strength. This is
effective which allow to deliver better and effective and allow to improve the career prospects.
Through using the leadership strategy can allow to get better and effective evidence based
practices that can help in adding values for the (Baskin & et. al., (2021)).

am also possessing the emotional intelligence which allow me to feel empathy and help to
express it more efficiently. I am also good in storytelling which allow me to motivate and
influence other to work effectively for the better and effective outcomes. This also help me to get
connect with other people and influence them to get engage in shared vision that can help to
