1. Introduction: Personal development involves self improvement and includes striking an ideal work life balance, achieving
heightened self-awareness, sharpening marketable skills etc. It also helps people to learn about the constant look in order to improve
themselves.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and
why they contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility.

Social responsibility is basically considered as an ethical theory which involves individuals who are
accountable to fulfil their civic duty. The ethical responsibility is basically the ability to interpret, recognize and act
upon the values and multiple principles. The main aim of the project workshop is to involve all the parties in the
planning process. It basically involves a section, sub-tasks and a milestone. The mini project workshops helps in
designing a project based course for cost-effective teaching and learning(Wang, Zhang and Jia, 2020). The mini
project workshops helps in providing fruitful discussion among the participants. In the scenario of project
management, ethics and social responsibility plays a very important role in day-to-day behaviours and
interactions.
The ethics and social responsibility enables the vendors, stakeholders, taxpayers to relax as they know that the project
management professionals are held to high standards while executing a particular project. The mini project workshops helped a lot
in contributing towards the development of the ethical and social responsibility and awareness. The mini projects helps in providing
opportunities for the expansion of skills and knowledge and broader learning experience. The mini projects helped in providing
employers a chance to distinguish among the students with related backgrounds. It helped in strengthening and exploring better
