Which aspect of today’s session did I find most interesting? Why?
In today’s session, I believe self-leadership play vital role when it comes to career progress.
Most interesting part of this session was understanding impact on leadership in achieving
goals that we set, I am now confident to achieve personal which I have set with the help of
self leadership. From this session, I have learnt about improving myself with the help of self
leadership that allow me to become stable. I have gained enough knowledge during this
session and explore leadership area to become stable in career process. I am looking for to
craft leadership skills that will help me to achieve my goals.
One thing I learnt
From this session, I have learned about self-leadership and self-determination that help me
to become stable and focus on my career goal. During this session, I have learned different
skills and ability of a leader, but I have focused on four pillar of self leadership, these are:
Purposefulness: Self leadership allow me to become purposeful towards my goals, I have
