a. Personal Development Planning
Personal development plan is concerned with plan in which individuals develop goals
that they are willing to achieve for their personal and professional development. Individuals can
determine what they need to achieve for the purpose of their personal and professional
development and on the basis of this they can determine how they will achieve their goals and
what will be time limit for goal achievement (Tymms, 2018). Personal development plan can be
effectively developed with help of personal skill audit and personal SWOT analysis and plans for
goal setting can also contribute in development of appropriate personal development plan.
Goals Setting
Overall goal is to do PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) with QTS (Qualified
Teacher Status).
 Developing time management skills

 Developing problem solving skills
 Developing creative thinking abilities
