SELF-REFLECTIVE ANALYSIS 2 Self-Reflective Analysis Introduction This paper is containing self-reflective analysis in order to explore as well as reflect on self-development from a leader viewpoint for building self-awareness. Here, based on (griffin, 2020),I am going to demonstrate the technique of reflective along with reflexive practice as a way of continuous learning and thereby self-development. While reading the background of the Gallup psychometric assessment. Conceptual framework I found that Gallup psychometric assessment is an important way to find strengths. In other words, I could easily understand the conceptual framework behind the Gallup Strengths Finder. It is because the conceptual framework helped me to find my own strengths so that I can be more engaged at work. With the help of this framework of finding strengths, one can be more products into their daily roles. In addition, I have realized that I am now healthier and happier from both personal and professional perspective after using the framework of strengths finding process given by Gallup(Gallup, 2020). Summarising results With the help of Gallup psychometric assessment, I have found my Gallup Strengths which can be used for future career endeavours. Referred to the Appendix Interpretation My interpretation based on this Gallup psychometric assessment suggests that this StrengthsFinderis indeed a powerful online assessment that typically assists individuals in identifying,understandingandmaximizingtheirstrengths(Jones-Smith,2013).Ialso realized that Gallup Clifton has provided a great StrengthsFinder Assessment known as GSF for the human behavioral assessment. I can now summarize it as a way to identify prospective employees’ unique strengths, especially by employers. My knowledge suggests that all of the

Future leadership thoughts As per my evolved thoughts and opinions, based on(Lopez, Pedrotti, & Snyder, 2018),I have decided on my future leadership approach in favour of future professional development and growth. My observations are indicating that a good leader always possesses keystrengthssuchasdedication,determination,respectfulness,patience,discipline, creativity, enthusiasm and many more(Jones-Smith, 2013).I will always use my leadership skills in order to serve and assist my sub-ordinates while focusing on the organizational objectives. I will also upgrade the leadership strategy as per the situation demand and context (Gallup, 2020). Conclusion In whole, this module completely evolved my views and opinions in relation to StrengthsFinder and its use for personal development. I have found that my initial thoughts on the implications of the results for my current as well as future leadership have been nurtured and grown well. In this way, I could draw my strengths for further enhancing my current as well as future effectiveness at the workplace.
