This self-reflective report is based on an essay in which a self-reflection is going to be presented on the chosen BA pathway. In order to do assessment, the chosen BA pathway is Marketing and in relation to it, the model of Gibb's Reflection cycle will be conducted. The report explains the five stages of the model and how it has helped in learning experiences. It also describes the challenges faced and the reasons for choosing the subject along with the development of skills that would help in further education and at the workplace.
