INTRODUCTION The main aim of conducting this report is to analyze the different skills which are lean by a person while conducting a specific course (Dang, Kingand Inzlicht, 2020). During conducting a course a person or student able to determine their strengths and weaknesses according to which they develop effective strategies. The respective report includes information related to skills which a student learns in their whole course. MAIN BODY While conducting respective course I experienced several ups and downs during which I determined that I have several skills which I denoted as my strengths but there are some skills which are my weakness and I need to improve it. During this I determined my strength skills are my communication skill, technical skill, understanding skill, adaptability skill and so on. These are my strength when I am conducting this course and while interacting to my team as well as class members. On the other hand my weak skills are presentation skill, problem solving skill, time management skill, confidence in public and many others. It is essential for me to enhance respective skills at the priority basis as that will help me in developing a successful career. In order to enhance these skills I need to attain different practices or methods such as in respect to enhance my presentation skill I can take classes under the professional person as well as in order to improve my problem solving skill I can observe my seniors(Meuleand et.al., 2020). Through observation I get to know how they effectively resolve issues of other. Moreover in order to improve my problem solving skill I can interact more with people and try to understand their issues and provide solution to it as well as I must take feedback on this so that I can do improvement effectively. Along with this, for enhancing my time management skill I will develop a schedule with time and follow it properly so that I can effectively manage my time by priorities my work according to requirement. Furthermore for increasing my confidence I try to do more and more public speaking so that I overcome from my fear successfully. It is necessary for me to enhance these skills because through that I can get more effective career opportunities in future.
CONCLUSION By conducting analysis of above mentioned topic it can be summarized that during conducting a course a student able to learn numbers of things which help them in developing a successful career. During this they able to know their strengths and weaknesses for which they can develop decision.
