However, making a business plan is sometimes a challenge depending on the business that is to be started. Sydney Fast and Healthy Foods Company is intending to start a business. The company will have to run various activities which will enable it to achieve its objectives hence making the business a success. Therefore, for such a business to thrive well in Sydney, there should a well-planned program that will help the company to achieve its objectives (McKeever, M., 2016.)

The partners will help in supplying of food commodities to the company. The second partner is delivery companies. The companies will help in placing of orders and quick delivery of the commodities ordered. The other partner is Kitchen Suppliers. The company will play the role of delivering services to the customers in Sydney in an efficient way. Social Media Influencers also will play a greater role towards the company. They will help in running social media activities and also website development for the company. The other partners are those of Food and Van Rental services. The partners will play a role towards running the services within Sydney. They will also help in delivery orders to the customers within Sydney. The other partner is that of Organic Food Producers. They will help in offering nutrition service sessions. (Eisingerich, 2007, pp.262). In order to achieve all the activities of the company, enough resources should be available. These key resources are; finances which will help in payment services, delivery trucks which will help in delivering of food stuffs, corporations who will aid in giving funds, the chefs who will be preparing meals, the nutritionist who will give nutritional services and lastly delivery teams who will help in order fulfilment (McDonald, M. 2016, pp.12).There are various reasons behind the establishment of the company. One of the reasons is that most people don’t know how to prepare nutritious meals for themselves. Some even find it a burden because it sometimes becomes a process when preparing such meals. Such kind of people end up buying ready food which is not well prepared. The other reason is that other people find it hard going for food in the joints because of the distance. The company will try to solve the problem by offering deliveries. The company will also offer nutritionists services to its customers. Among the health

On top of that, the company will offer fresh drinks like milk and juice drinks to its customers (Graham, 2012, pp.418). The company will work around the clock in order to maintain its customers. This will be achieved through maintaining good customer relationships. To add to that, good relationships will also be achieved through partnership with social media in the advertising of their products, rewarding of the loyal customers, giving discounts to the customers, and giving of special meals to the clients in relation to the advice given by the nutritionist (Taneja, S.2014, pp.249).The company will also offer enrolment processes to the clients. The company targets men and also women who are busy hence they lack time to prepare meals for themselves. It also targets the people who are aged between 18 to 60 years. The company also targets busy workers who have a fixed timetable hence cannot be able to get enough time to go and look for lunch. The company also targets those people who cannot prepare healthy meals for themselves. It also targets those people who need nutritionists’ advice of living a healthy (Brodie, 2013, pp.105). To enable the company run its activities efficiently, some costs will have to be accounted for and budgeted for at the same time. The company has to account for salaries of the workers, the funds for maintaining the company website and also accounting system. On top of that, the company will have to check on delivery force, marketing of the products, the packaging of products and managing of nutritional services. Lastly, the company will have to be careful on how to manage its revenue. It should also find ways how to get more revenue from its customers. By setting up a good plan, the company will run its day to day activities efficiently hence achieving objectives of the company (Kerzner, H. 2018, pg.68).
