INTRODUCTION
Culture is regarded to be one of the prominent aspect of every organisation. An Organisation
when working in the prospect of growth will have few entities to imbibe as well as to incorporate
such that the operations of the organisation will be performed in the better possible manner. For
an organisation to be recognised by community as well as the customers or the suppliers it must
possess few types of unique qualities and one such is culture. The entire report deals with the
cultural issues that pertain when an organisation is dealing with other probabilities. Every factor
that is to be considered is put forth in this report. The organisation that is chosen in this regard is
Aldi. This company is the German based retailer which has excelled in clothing. It has expanded
its base into Shanghai and is operating in a fine medium. The cultural barrier with regard to its
expansion is being depicted in this report.
MAIN BODY
Cultural issues when an organisation has expanded its base into another country then there will
probably be cultural barriers that occur because of its operation in another country. When the
company is operating in another country it must imbibe all the qualities of being one of the best
and will have to attract more number of customers. This indeed is a challenge that every
organisation faces and that with regards to the company Aldi is such that it has expanded its base
into Shanghai which is one of the most tedious task to accomplish. The different cultural issues
that pertain in this regard are as follows:
Communication
Communication is one of the most important organisational qualities and that is to be processed
by every employee in the organisation. Without communication the operations of the
organisation cannot be performed and results cannot be obtained. When the company is moving
ahead with the target and its objectives then employees will have to communicate with each
other. This communication is in regards to the organisational management as well as to the
employees (McQuaid and Landier, 2018). Communications locked in the industries the
organisation will have to inhibit and initiate policies that will put forth communication.
Interaction in this regard will be communicational policies between its employees as well as
management since the company has expanded into and other countries where employees from
that particular local on community will be employed in the organisation and there comes the
