INTRODUCTION Communication is referred to the exchange of information by the means of written,verbal, or by using some other mediums. In other words, it is the act of conveying message toreceiver by the sender. It is necessary for every organisation to have strong communicationbetween departments as smooth interaction can facilitate company to yield maximum profits andbetter outputs (Wilden, 2013). Aldi is one of the famous and well reputed discountedsupermarket chains which has been operating in more than 20 countries with thousand of stores.It is headquartered in Essen and Mulheim, Germany and was founded in 1913. This assignmentwill enlighten the communication with organisation's stakeholders and its policies andprocedures and its effectiveness. Other than this, it will also include barriers of communicationwithin workplace and the influence of values and cultural factors on communication. Differenttheories related to it which are applied within workforce. In addition to that, it will cover thepersonal development plan in order to improve communication skills. TASK 14.1 Communication auditAldi is a well known grocery store in UK in which quality products and services areprovided to customers on effective cost. In this, a large number of employees provide theirquality services in order to render higher satisfaction to consumers. In this processcommunication play a most important role which is uses to convey message and informationfrom one person to another (Nikoukar and et al, 2012). Main objective of positivecommunication is to build long term relation with stakeholders that assist to getting higherprofits easily. Major stakeholders of Aldi are their customers, employees, shareholder andsuppliers etc.. Aldi is using appropriate communication technologies as Management of Aldicommunicates with their stakeholders in written and oral form which is a most effective tool ofconversation. Technology has a vast impact on communication process of Aldi. Management of firmopt E-mail and social media services to get connected with customers directly. Through this, theycan easily analyse views of customers and provides them descriptive information about newupdates of products and services.
