ERP selection is a tough task for any organization and it is also based on the vendors.
in addition, there are many issues in the implementation process of ERP. Therefore, it is
necessary to identify all the things properly for adoption of ERP systems.

Introduction
Information System (IS) is an important part of an organization because it requires
managing various business processes. In addition, most of the organizations have used
Strategic Information System (SIS) for managing their business functions in proper
management. The main aim of SIS is to provide competitive advantages to the
organization using various features of the organization. Gracious Industries is a good
company in the electronics industry ( Ly, 2019). It has earned more than $ 10.5 million
last year. The company has continued in this business for the last 40 years. The
company wants to launch new green product ranges, which are environmentally
friendly. Recently, the company has lost some key accounts, which is necessary for the
company. Therefore, the company has employed an accountant to produce a financial
report every year. Now, the company wants to take help from software to take
competitive advantages and expand their business to the next level in the market
(Green, 2017).
This report will discuss about the key business processes of the Gracious Industries,
such as finance, accounts, sales, and many others. It will discuss about the major risks
controls for the company. In this report, ERP systems will suggest for the company that
will fulfill the business objective of the company and minimizes the control risks. There
are various methods to select an ERP system for the company. In addition, this report
will compare and contrast the functionality and features of two ERP software packages,
which has offered by the three vendors. It will provide a suitable ERP system for the
company.
Key business processes for Gracious Industries
The company has supplied various electronics parts to the supermarkets and hardware
stores. In addition, the company has managed its various business functions manually,
which is not good for the company in terms of competitive advantages. There is a main
three-business process of the company, which areas:
Sales system:
The company has managed its sales using register and other traditional methods, which
are less efficient for fast access to data and reports. In addition, the company has
provided various parts to the supermarket, which was based on the demand of the
hardware stores and supermarkets. The sales department manages various things
about the business of the company. As it provides a balance between consumption and
other things. Besides, the company can manage all the suppliers and buyers using
sales systems.
Financial system:
Financial systems are helpful for managing the various cost of the company, such as
the salary of employees, buyer’s payment, supplier’s data, and many others. In addition,
the financial system manages all the financial decisions about the business of the
company.
