Hotels have a duty of care present in favor of their customers. The law provides that the hotles

reasonably foreseeable chances of harm.
‘Liability for valuables’
The hotel guests should know certain laws and regulations that can have an impact on their

Generally the hotel's reserve the right to evict a guest and retain the room rental payment even
after the eviction of the guest due to several reasons like nonpayment, disorderly conduct, using
the hotel premises for unlawful purpose or using false pretenses and for getting the
