INTRODUCTION
Skills are the abilities and talent within an individual which helps them in order t
complete their job or tasks in most appropriate manner. There are various kinds of skills that can
help each person to achieve success at all aspects of their life whether in its personal as well as
in professional way. These are most crucial and vital element which makes each person more
confident and independent in their life (Acemoglu and Restrepo, 2020). It depends on individual
learnability to perform an action with discovered results with good and proper execution within
specific amount of time frame along with full energy. This report will describe six most
important skills that students require to become successful at university and also important at
workplace. Apart from this, the study will also highlight six recommendations that could enable
the student to improve their content within their resume.

who can able to generate confidence within them and thus generate or even exaggerate
numerous skills which will help them to achieve their life goals in their future terms. From
various studies, 6 skills that are identified as most crucial and significant skills for the students
ans well as for professionals are:
1. Public speaking: Whether giving presentations at college level or giving it in a team
meetings within an organization, public speaking is highly important activity or skill for
an individual. More or less, everyone has to speak in public from time to time manner.
Public speaking enables an individual to form a connection, motivate alteration along
with determine decisions. It is most important form of communication for students and
professionals both. With the help of public speaking, student will enable to share their
understanding and knowledge in front of other students as well as their tutors which
makes them realise the drawbacks in their understanding and thus the teachers are able to
