Introduction
The skill which are needed to explore the professional life of the student is very essential
for the workplaces. Some of these skills are helpful and essential for developing career
opportunities and make aspect for the growth. Skills which are required at the workplace
which have the positive attitude, good organising study, communication, team work and self-
management. As academic skills are helpful for the student to make more effective approach
in workplace. These skills are helpful in organize and manage the work for the individual and
make the effective information and manage it within the society. With the help of effective
note making skills, transparent services and manageable concept of understanding different
function are related to major roles and growth of an individual (Bridgstock and Tippett,
2019). Further it will make an ideal approach for arising the need and importance of the skill
in the academic lifestyle which are beneficial for the student at the work life culture.
Academic skills include good concentration techniques, efficient note making, paraphrasing,
public speaking and reflection. All of these are important and essential for the growth of
individual within workplace and academic level (Singh and et.al., 2017). This report will
highlight and make academic concept and make developed in the module and make gap
which has been used during the completion of task.

Gibbs model of reflection
Gibbs model of Professor Graham Gibbs work and make out the publication which
are related to reflective cycle in 1988 book, with “learning by doing”. This model is usually
helpful in learning people from the different situation and make them effective from different
use of reflection. This model basically involve the six stages which are started from
description, feelings, evaluation, and analysis, conclusion and action plan. These six steps are
very helpful and analysing the situation in order to examine the analysing power of individual
and learn basic about the reflection of the individual behaviour. All of the above stages are
mainly related to the growth and success of the individual and try to overcome the issues and
management skills which are needed to improve by them (Bryan and Clegg, 2019). This
model is very helpful in analysing the basic situation of the individual and make difficult
decision in order to make realistic approaches. Which help the student to understand the role
of different skills and applied realistic knowledge on the basis of different approaches and
action plan. These six step are essential and valid for the growth of an individual and make a
