The survey conducted by PWC that give a percentage around 88 millennials who want that enterprise that reflect their own and 86 percentageofmillennialsarenotsatisfiedtheemployerbecausetheirorganisational responsibilities not more meet their expectations. The purpose of the research or survey is to show problems such as; gender diversity, sustainability and equality and wants of young millennials. According to the research youth are more concern with personal fulfilment in their career that result in reshaping the workplace. The research state that employees are more productive in compare to an average workforce at purpose led organisation. It is essential for the employer to provide a bigger picture of their vision to the employees that make them more enthusiastic and energetic when they get to know that they are going to contribute their working effort to a proper picture of vision (Pavlick and et. al., 2015). It had been seen that to appear socially ethical is not enough for the business, they should implement purpose driven attitude that can result in more empowered workforce with more energetic and dedicated performance of employees. It is recommended to the organisation that they should team is the thing that led the business towards the success and along with it, motivation is more important element that can enhance the productivity of employees. Task 5 Academic paragraphs Artificial Intelligence Artificial Intelligence is basically the engineering and science of making intelligent machines that are more becoming human and are able to attempts to simulate characteristics of human sense and intelligence. It is assuming in a survey that artificial intelligence will replace 2
humans in all tasks within 45 years in the organisation (Perkins, 2016). The prediction include; machines translate languages by 2024, driving a Truck by 2027, by 2031 machines i.e. robots are going to work in retail. PWC and OECD stated that various areas such as; education, information and communication, technical and scientific work sector can get benefits from AI. The sectors should involve complex, specialised task and people at workplace. Along with it, various administrative tasks including; retail, finance, construction, etc. will also get benefit in every process. Overall an analysis by PWC state that AI will also create more jobs than it destroys by replacing human intelligence as it was predicted that by 2060 Artificial Intelligence will beat humans in every thing and in every area. CONCLUSION The module assessed various techniques that can be use in paraphrasing. It had been also seen that CRAAP model is effective in evaluating sources and their authenticity. The module is essential in researching and auditing and allow person to effectively select right source. 3
