force. The young work force is responsive towards highly motivational work environment and
strong team ethos. Hence, it is important for businesses to maintain common vision that not only
helps in growing the organisation but also encourages, motivation and individual growth of its
employees. Every organisation has stake holder including owner that expect a return on their
investments. However, if an employee can go into the office every day with a sense of
contribution towards the success of his organisation based on time and effort put by him imaging
what a powerful motivator that would be imaginer.

perform as a human and complete all tasks according to requirement. The researcher are
researching about artificial intelligence and getting that in coming years AI will be master in
every activities and they will work in perfect way. In future they are working of languages
translating by 2024, writing essay of high school by 2026 and best selling book by 2049. In
future they are working as human and it will able to beat us.
According to analysis of PWC it is create many jobs but it is not true because it has many
negative effect which shows on employment. After using AI it shows bad effect in many sector
because it reduce to employability skills and take place of human skills. In present time it is
changing education level, Business activities and any other activities. In up coming future most

of the business are total depended on AI, as a result it has bad effect in cultural life. So as a
concluded that artificial intelligence have good and bad impact have on modern life.
